By accessing or using the Plobus website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides AI-assisted reads, scores, and optional paid analysis based on text you submit. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

Any build timelines, calendar ranges, or spending bands shown for reaching early sales are illustrative estimates only, not forecasts or promises of results. They depend on assumptions about your skills, scope, and market — treat them as planning fiction unless you validate them yourself.

Nothing on the Service is legal, tax, investment, financial, or other professional advice. Nothing guarantees revenue, funding, adoption, or any business outcome. You are solely responsible for decisions you make after using the Service.

• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated means to abuse, overload, or circumvent limits (including rate limits or paywalls).
• Do not submit unlawful content, malware instructions, content that infringes others' rights, or personal data you are not allowed to share.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, vendors, or other users.
• Do not reverse engineer or resell the Service in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.

If you submit an email or opt in to marketing, you agree we may send messages as described in the Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing where applicable using the mechanism provided in those messages or by contacting us.

Paid features may be processed by Stripe (or another processor we name at checkout). Prices, taxes, and refunds—if any—are as shown at purchase or in separate policies the operator publishes. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service (including sending it to subprocessors such as AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy).

The Service branding, software, and non-user content are owned by the operator or its licensors. Do not copy or misuse them except as allowed by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

You will defend and indemnify the operator and its affiliates, officers, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for operational, security, or legal reasons, or if you violate these terms.

We may modify these terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

Placeholder. Governing law, venue, and dispute resolution (including whether arbitration applies) depend on where the operator is incorporated and where users are located. This section must be drafted or confirmed by your attorney.
